Dr. Heather Mosher, BSc., DVM

Senior Veterinarian
Dr. Heather Mosher was born in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. She earned a B.Sc. in Animal Sciences from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College followed by a DVM from the Atlantic Veterinary College, class of 1998. Dr. Mosher has been with Tantallon Veterinary Hospital since it’s commencement in 2006. Dr. Mosher has a special interest in oral health. She has a conviction that oral pain is the greatest chronic pain our pets endure and relieves this pain through a variety of dental procedures and oral care. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Mosher is an avid cyclist, runner and swimmer and is an outdoor enthusiast. She also enjoys spending time with her family, her 4 cats Peaches, Cadence, Sparkle and Luke and her 2 dogs Bruin and Ruger.

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we are pleased to advise that effective July 6, 2020, one client per appointment will be allowed into the hospital. Below are important updates to our operating policies.
