With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we are pleased to advise that effective July 6, 2020, one client per appointment will be allowed into the hospital. Below are important updates to our operating policies.
1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!
2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE
As of October 1, 2020, we are shifting to an "open door" policy with 1 client being able to enter the hospital per appointment. We will be allowing a maximum of 4 clients in our waiting area. When you arrive, please remain outside the hospital if you see there are 4 clients already inside.
We ask that you wear a mask (medical or non-medical) for the duration of your appointment and maintain physical distance from staff. There are floor stickers to guide you throughout the clinic.
The washroom next to Exam Room #3 will be available for clients and will be sanitized after each use.
Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication (unless you have used our store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".
3. OPERATING HOURS
We are OPEN with the following hours:
Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
